Questions about working with us

How does the instant estimate work?

Choose the services you need and answer a few questions about the size and features of the work. The estimate builder adds up our standard prices and shows a price range straight away. It is a guide based on what you selected, not a final quote. After a short call to confirm the details, we send you a fixed written quote.

Why is the estimate a range rather than one price?

Every project has details a form cannot capture, such as how ready your content is or how your existing systems are set up. The range allows for that. If the details we discuss change the price, we explain exactly why before you agree to anything.

How does the competitor quote option work?

If you already have a quote from another company, enter the amount and say whether it includes GST. We show an estimate 20–25% below it for the same scope, as long as that does not go below our minimum price for the work. Before confirming, we check the quote to make sure it covers the same scope as yours.

Can you deliver faster if I have a deadline?

Often, yes. Turn on fast-track delivery in the estimate builder to see the price with the surcharge for one-time projects. We confirm the dates in your written quote before you commit.

Do your prices include GST?

No. All prices on this site, including estimates, exclude GST. Where it applies, GST is added to the invoice at the current rate.

How do payments work?

Projects are paid in milestones: a part payment to start, then payments linked to agreed stages, with the final payment at handover. Monthly services such as maintenance, SEO or ads management are billed once a month. Your quote sets out exactly what is due and when.

Who owns the code and designs?

You do, once the project is paid in full. We hand over the source code, design files and every login. Domains, hosting, app store and ad accounts are set up in your name from the start, so they are always yours.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. If you would like one, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share any details about your idea or business. You can send your own or ask us for ours.

What happens after launch?

We fix any bugs in the work we delivered, at no extra cost, during the support period after launch. After that you can choose a monthly maintenance plan or simply contact us when you need help, and we quote each piece of work separately.

Do you work with clients outside your city, or outside India?

Yes. We work remotely over video calls, email and WhatsApp, so it makes no difference where you are based.

What do you need from me to get started?

A short call about your goals, anything you already have (such as your logo, content, examples you like and existing logins), and someone on your side who can answer questions and review work. We send a checklist after the first call so nothing is missed.

Who will I be talking to?

You will have one point of contact who manages your project from the first call to handover. You always know who to ask, and you never have to explain things twice.
