Is paid promotion included?

No. Boosting posts and running ads is part of our online ads service, and ad spend is always paid by you directly to Meta.

Who creates the photos and videos?

We design graphics and edit reels from the photos and clips you send. If you need fresh footage, add a monthly shoot, or we can guide you on filming simple clips on your phone.

Do I approve posts before they go live?

Yes. We share the calendar and designs for the month in advance, and nothing is published until you approve it.

What do you need from me?

Admin access to your pages, usually through Meta Business Suite, your logo and brand colours, details of your products or services, and any offers or events coming up.
