Questions about integrations and automation
Are tool and API fees included?
No. Zapier or Make plans, WhatsApp conversation charges, SMS credits and AI usage fees are billed to you by those providers. We estimate the monthly running cost before you decide.
How long does WhatsApp Business API approval take?
Meta verifies your business and approves your message templates, which usually takes anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. You will need your business documents and a phone number that is not already used on the regular WhatsApp app.
Is my data safe with AI features?
We use the business versions of AI services, send only the data a feature needs, and explain where it goes before you approve anything. Sensitive details can be masked or left out entirely.
No-code tools or custom code: which is better?
No-code tools are quicker and cheaper to start with but charge monthly fees that grow with use. Custom code costs more upfront, has no per-task fees and handles larger volumes. We recommend one based on your volume and budget.
What if an integration stops working later?
Tools change their APIs from time to time. We set up error alerts so failures are noticed quickly, fix issues during the support period, and our maintenance plan covers it after that.
