Questions about custom software development
How do you fix the scope and price?
We start with one or two calls to understand your process, then send a written scope listing every module and screen, with a fixed quote. Any change after that is quoted separately before work starts.
Can we build it in phases?
Yes, and we often suggest it. Start with the modules you need most, use them for a few weeks, then add the rest. Each phase gets its own quote and timeline.
Where will the software be hosted?
On a cloud account in your name, such as AWS, Google Cloud or DigitalOcean, or a server you already have. Hosting is paid by you directly to the provider. We can also look after the server as a monthly service.
Can you move our data from Excel or our old software?
Yes. We clean and import your existing records so your team does not start with an empty system. Tell us roughly how much data there is so we can include it in the quote.
What is a SaaS MVP?
A minimum viable product: the smallest version of your software that real customers can use and pay for. It lets you test the idea with users before paying for every feature on your list.
