Questions about web development

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. We set up a content management system, usually WordPress or a simple admin panel, and show you how to edit text, images and pages. If you would rather not, our maintenance plan covers small changes each month.

Are hosting and the domain included?

No. Hosting and domain fees are paid by you directly to the provider. We can set both up in your name, or use the ones you already have, and we will recommend a plan that suits the size of your site.

Who owns the website once it is built?

You do, once the project is paid in full. We hand over the source code, design files and all logins. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name from the start.

What do you need from me to start?

Your logo, the text and photos for each page (or notes if we are writing it), a few websites you like, and access to your domain. We send a short checklist after the first call.

How long does a website take?

A five-page site usually takes 2–3 weeks once we have your content. Larger or custom-designed sites take 4–6 weeks. If you are working to a deadline, fast-track delivery is available at extra cost.
