Questions about website and app maintenance

What counts as a small change?

Anything that fits in your monthly hours, such as editing text and images, adding a page from an existing layout, adjusting a form or fixing a layout issue. Bigger work, like a new feature, is quoted separately before we start.

Can you maintain a site or app someone else built?

Yes. We review it first and tell you if anything needs fixing before the plan starts. Any initial clean-up is quoted separately.

What if something breaks and I have used my hours?

If something breaks because of an update we made, we fix it at no extra cost. For other issues beyond your monthly hours, we tell you how much extra time is needed before going ahead.

Is hosting included?

No. Hosting and domain fees are paid to your provider. If your site or app runs on a VPS or cloud server, you may also want our server management service.

How do I ask for changes?

Email or WhatsApp us with what you need. We confirm the request, do the work and log the time in your monthly report.
